Rental Car Insurance: Your Own Policy

Monday, September 28th, 2009

Many car insurance companies will extend the coverage that exists on your vehicle/s to a rental car so that you do not have to worry about sneaky terms within the car rental company. However, the most important part is whether you have purchased comprehensive and collision coverage for your own car.

That coverage is what covers scratches, dents, thefts, and other things. Having this type of coverage often means that it will transfer to a rental car, but it is best to check with your auto insurance company to make sure. The last thing you want to happen is for you to get a huge dent or scratch on your rental car and then not have the insurance provided to pay for it. Go to Bakersfield CA Car Insurance and find some more amazing tips on auto insurance.

Teen car insurance chat

Friday, September 25th, 2009

When a teen first begins to drive by definition they are completely inexperienced, after an hours driving they have a little experience then after two hours they have doubled that experience then after another two they have doubled it again, so as you can see it seems like they are picking up experience fast. The problem is that with driving there are some things that can be learnt quickly and other experiences that you will pick up that may only occur once every 1000 hours of driving because teenagers are unlikely to have picked up many of these rare experiences they are seen by insurance companies as far less experienced in turn this will cost them when it comes to getting cheap car insurance for teenagers as the insurance companies raise premiums to allow for this lack of experience.

Auto Credit Deals

Friday, July 31st, 2009

These days it is really important to shop around for a car loan. If you have bad credit it becomes even more important. Why is this? It’s because the difference in interest rates and other pricing can be huge depending on what lender you are dealing with at any given time. Believe me, these guys are actually desperate to do bad credit auto financing. For a lot of them, it is their life blood. It is the way they make much of their profits. I suggest gathering up as much of a down payment as you can and paying off back debts before buying a car. This way you are more likely to get a favorable deal. Otherwise you will likely get saddled with a very expensive price tag.
