There is a countless number of articles, ebooks and publications available on the internet that promote products of all kinds that promise you the best way to lose weight fast. While it certainly is reasonable to follow a personalized eating plan it has to be doubted strongly that there is a pill or product or shake in the entire universe that lets you put down x-amount of pounds per week all by itsel.
As long as you do not manage to stop emotional eating it is a lost cause. Remember, there are not enough cookies in the world to fulfill your emotional needs. Instead make sure to throw in some exercise and quit using food as a substitute. Easier said than done, you think? Yes, yet there is no shortcut to this.
