Faux Silk Curtains – Not Worth it
There is nothing like the look and feel of a quality silk to make your home seem like a luxurious palace. I swear by it, I have bedding, furniture, even clothes made of silk. It is the finest material known to man, and also one of the most natural. My clothes especially are wonderful at keeping me cool when it’s a hot summers day, and somehow magically trap my body heat in when it’s colder. It truly is a wonderful material to wear.
The only problem is, silk is really expensive, and when I recently moved house, I found that there just wasn’t that much money left to furnish my house. I decided that I would try using faux silk curtains in my bedroom, instead of the real thing. This was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The material is absolutely terrible, I may as well have bought some cheap cotton curtains from Target.
