High Energy Yoga DVD

Lots of people today do yoga several times a week. Where I live, there are yoga studios everywhere. People are finding that there are some great health benefits when doing yoga.

Personally, I’m not into all the meditation and what might be called “goofy” parts of yoga. That’s just me though. I do see the health benefits and so I do practice a kind of yoga called Eischens Yoga. Roger Eischens is the creator of High Energy Yoga and Eischens Yoga is named in his memory.

What you get with Eischens Yoga is yoga based on the energetics or poses. It’s also not very complex. It can be done by anyone and really only takes about 12 minutes a day. What you get is a body that feels better since Eischens Yoga helps to relieve pain and soreness in your body. It gets your body back into alignment and that’s when healing can begin.
