Reward Yourself Often While You Are On a Weight Loss Program
Dieting can be hard, and the hardest part about dieting is getting motivated and staying motivated to go through with the diet. When it comes to exercising motivation is even more crucial. Getting on that stationary bike, treadmill, or going jogging 3 times a week takes a lot of willpower.
A simple trick I use to help me go through my chosen rapid weight loss solution is that of setting small milestones, small mini foals. Each and every time I reach one of my goals I celebrate and reward myself with something I desire. Sometimes is a piece of cheesecake, other times I buy myself some little trinket.
For example you can make it a goal to eat only healthy low cal foods for one day and the next day you can reward yourself with a small portion of your favorite food. That way you will constantly reinforce in your mind what are the good healthy habits and what are the bad unhealthy ones.
